Angela Tamura
From the New England Culinary Institute in Essex, Vermont, to the Ritz-Carlton on Amelia Island, Florida, to the Rialto Restaurant in Cambridge, Massachusetts, to Napa’s Bistro Don Giovanni, Angela has traveled far and wide to expand her horizons. Toss in her time as Executive Chef at Central Park Bistro in San Mateo as well as at Zuzu, and you have the combined experience that we share with you now at Pèppoli.
Angela won Chef of the Year at the Napa Valley Mustard Festival and twice was the featured chef at the James Beard House in New York. We are proud to have her as our new Chef de Cuisine!
