I’m honored to announce that on Tuesday, December 7, 2010 Joey and I have been invited to cook dinner in New Jersey for the Hoboken Boys & Girls Club for their annual fundraising party “An Evening with Two Guys from Hoboken”.

While that’s exciting on its own, we’ve just learned the Mayor of Hoboken will be presenting us with the Keys to the City!

As you may know, our families emigrated from Italy through Ellis Island over a hundred years ago, settling in Hoboken, New Jersey. It was there that Joey and I learned the importance of close family ties, strong work ethic, and where we each developed a sense of community.

Anyone who has seen the downside of disadvantage knows that the Boys & Girls Club is an organization worth supporting, and we’re proud to be a part of their important work. To return to my hometown for this event, and learn that Joey and I will be honored with a key to the city is deeply meaningful to me. I’m sure I speak for Joey in saying that this will be a momentous occasion for each of us. We hope that you will consider joining us at this exciting event.

About the Event

The event gives respected adults (like you) the opportunity to learn about the Boys & Girls Club and Pèpe & Pants Pasta Sauce, and their importance in the community, raises funds to support our important youth development programs.

Generous adults (like you) purchase entries that entitle them to two dinner tickets: one for a young Boys & Girls Club member and one for themselves. You and your sponsored youth both meet at the Hoboken Boys & Girls Club, get acquainted, have souvenir photos taken, and enjoy dinner together.

Come enjoy a family style Italian dinner featuring Pepe & Pants Pasta Sauce. Joey and Pepe will be collaborating on the menu with Hoboken’s oldest and best known restaurant, “Leo’s Grandesvous” and will work together to create a memorable dining experience from century old family recipes.

Premiere (Gold Table) Sponsorship $1000
Gold Table tickets covers dinner for 5 representatives from your firm, 5 members of the Boys & Girls Club, a banner display, and listing in the program. A Gold Table Sponsorship is $1000.00
